Fasting and feasting
Diet culture has taken on new dimensions with keto, vegan and intermittent fasting, while buttery pastries have become a party for one. When food, soul and religion have always been intertwined, how do we relate modern food trends to a growing interest in psychotherapy, psychedelics, meditation and even, the church?

Outside the manosphere
Help me get through to Louis Theroux
No, the follow-up to Louis Theroux’s Netflix documentary Inside the Manosphere should not be tradwives. Read what I believe should be next.

Pivlaqui: the cookbook
Take the fancy cups and saucers from the cupboard, spread a colourful cloth over the table, put flowers in a vase and dress up for a first-ever reunion of my most beloved food family: pivlaqui. Pítes, vlaai, quiche, tartes, frgal, crostata, erbazzone, Linzertorte. Everything low, filled, baked. Distant cousins welcome, next generation in the making.

The tradition of vlaai
What is the value of a tradition in nourishing our bodies, souls and relations? How does a tradition materialise our position in the world? Or just, photos and guidance on how to bake and enjoy vlaai.

To London with love
My love letters to London, from Paddington to porridge and from Piccadilly to the people in the tube. City of storytellers and street buskers, of the Ritz and the blue door: dear London, I’ll be back soon.

Feeling Greece
Capturing Greece the way I felt it. About the generosity of the people, the food and the chaos. From the spirit of its rocks, music and honesty to being blonde in a Mediterranean country.

Training through Italy
The Italy I really love. Not la dolce vita, but passionate people who love in face of all the hardships. Beauty with a dark edge of decay. And espresso bars that cater communities.
